Meet the Team

Craig brings over 20 years of knowledge and experience of estate agency to Yorkshire Residential. He has had previous senior roles at cooperate companies early in his career, been a managing director of multiple branches of a local estate agency and is now sole owner in his own right. Craig has a wealth of local knowledge and an excellent understanding of what is needed to ensure the customer receives the best service possible and one they deserve – without the high street price tag. He has recognised what it takes to evolve with the changing face of estate agency.

“I have worked in the Estate Agency world for over 20 years with the majority of this being on the high street. During 2018 I recognised that the industry was beginning to change and it has continued to change at pace. Prior to Covid I reduced our branch portfolio down to one as I could see the High Street model changing and technology progressing. I realised that customers want a modern approach but with a traditional values. The way we now operate at YR allows us to offer a modern approach whilst maintaining that personal touch. Our small but strong and dedicated team are on hand to make sure customers receive an excellent service.”

Heidi has been with Yorkshire Residential for nearing 5 years and is in charge of the Lettings side of the business. Heidi is also heavily involved in the day to day running here at YR dealing with customer enquiries, payments, contractors and maintenance. She is a valued member of staff and is highly thought of by colleagues, landlords and tenants alike.

“I have worked in the estate agency industry for 5 years, and one of the things I love most about my job is the relationship I have with my colleagues. Another part of my job that I love is finding new homes for my tenants and key handover day is very rewarding, seeing their happy faces! I have previously worked in customer facing roles and I always enjoy the new challenges every day brings”

Heidi Brown is our Sales specialist here at YR. Heidi brings vast experience and invaluable knowledge to Yorkshire Residential and after 20 years what she doesn’t know about Estate agency isn’t worth knowing! Her communication and customer services skills are second to none and ensures everything runs smoothly.
